Returns & Exchange Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds on any order, including sale items. Each piece is handcrafted, so we encourage you to review photos, descriptions and dimensions carefully before ordering minor variations in beading, colour or finish versus the photograph are a natural result of handwork, not a defect.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

In the rare case you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing photos or video, and we will make it right.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once payment is made.

Payment

We do not offer Cash on Delivery. All orders must be prepaid online at checkout.
