2. Product Information
Nayaab by Sonia takes care to represent products as accurately as possible. However, slight variations in colour, texture, embroidery, embellishments, or appearance may occur due to photography, lighting, screen settings, and the handcrafted or custom-made nature of certain products.
Customers are responsible for reviewing the product details, size, colour, specifications, and other relevant information before placing an order.
3. Pricing & Taxes
All prices displayed on the website are MRP inclusive of applicable GST, unless otherwise stated.
Prices may be changed or updated at any time without prior notice. Any applicable shipping or delivery charges will be communicated during the ordering or checkout process.
4. Orders & Payments
Orders are subject to product availability and acceptance by Nayaab by Sonia.
We accept payments through available payment methods, including:

- Debit Cards
- Google Pay (GPay)
- Paytm
- UPI
An order will be processed after successful confirmation of payment, subject to availability and other applicable conditions.
5. Custom-Made Products & Delivery
As each piece may be custom made, orders generally require 7–10 business days for delivery.
Delivery timelines may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather conditions, courier delays, customs clearance, transportation issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Nayaab by Sonia shall not be responsible for delays caused by third-party courier services, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
6. Cancellation, Refunds, Exchanges & Replacements
All orders are non-refundable. No refunds will be provided once an order has been placed.
In case a product is received damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers must contact info.nayaabbysonia@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the delivery.
Any exchange or replacement request will be reviewed and may be accepted subject to the availability of the product and our assessment of the issue.
For an exchange or replacement, the product must be returned in its original packaging and in the condition in which it was received.
Customers are advised to inspect their order immediately upon delivery and report any issue within the specified timeframe.
Nayaab by Sonia is not liable for damage caused during transit; however, reported cases will be reviewed individually.
7. Intellectual Property
All content available on this website, including but not limited to photographs, product images, graphics, text, logos, designs, layouts, videos, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Nayaab by Sonia unless otherwise stated.
